Once your order has been dispatched from our system you will receive tracking information via email.

We aim to dispatch all orders as fast as we can. Generally all orders are dispatched the next business day. Delays may occur during peak times and over public holidays.

If you have accidentally ordered the wrong product please email our customer service team info@drtanya.com.au. To expedite your request, please have your order confirmation number available. We will always do our best to accommodate your needs. Please note if the order has already been processed, we will be unable to change or cancel it.

If your Dr Tanya parcel arrives and an item is missing or incorrect please email our customer service team info@drtanya.com.au  within 5 business days of receiving the order. Please include your name / order number / products received.

Orders placed from outside the UAE may be subject to customs duties, VAT, or import taxes in the destination country. These charges are not included in the order total and are the responsibility of the customer upon delivery.

For example, if you are located in Saudi Arabia, local authorities may charge 5% VAT or additional import processing fees. These are regulated by the local customs office, and unfortunately, we are unable to estimate or control them in advance.

We recommend checking with your country's customs office for more information about applying customs duties before placing your order.

If your package is returned to us due to unpaid duties or refusal to accept delivery, we will refund the product cost, minus any return shipping or restocking fees insured.

We have carefully selected only the purest of ingredient to include in our skincare range. We recommend trying a test patch on your skin prior to full application. Dr Tanya Unni is our founder and director. With over 18 years of experience as a GP, Tanya specialised in dermatology and cosmetic skincare. Still practicing as a doctor today in a clinic on the sunny Gold Coast, Tanya is passionate about adopting a holistic approach to health concerns and the solution to living healthier, happier, and more confident lives.
